We had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Playa de las Americas. The location was excellent, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. We also enjoyed the large balcony and the nice complex with a swimming pool. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a lovely peaceful area close to the beach. It was also conveniently located near a supermarket and the bus station for easy access to excursions. The swimming pool was very good and the landscape surrounding it was beautiful.
I was disappointed that there was no WiFi available in the hotel.

we stayed in the best self-catering apartment ever, exceeding all expectations. The hosts were informative and kind, the apartment had everything and more, and the location was peaceful and convenient. Moon provided a perfect home away from home.
Construction noise above, disrupted peace.

I absolutely adored the hotel's decoration! It had such a charming and elegant style that made me feel like I was in a luxurious retreat. The general areas of the hotel were also very well-maintained and clean, making it a pleasure to walk around and relax. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for people of my age. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel without any difficulties. It truly made my stay comfortable and convenient.
The only thing I would have liked for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be a bit more patient and understanding. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were in a rush and didn't take the time to listen or assist with our needs.

The room at Moon in Playa de las Americas was just what I needed - simple but comfortable. The private bathroom with a hairdryer was a great convenience and made getting ready in the mornings effortless. I also liked having an electric kettle in the kitchenette, perfect for making a quick cup of tea or coffee. The dining area was a nice addition for enjoying meals in the room. the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the stovetop in the apartment. It seemed a bit outdated and didn't heat up as quickly as I would have liked.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with modern and well-maintained facilities. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, including a juicer and a microwave. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The large terrace had a table, umbrella, and sunbeds, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The pool was also large enough for swimming and had salty water, which was a nice touch. The location of the apartment was ideal, within walking distance of the beach and close to shops and restaurants.
The biggest downside of the apartment was the lack of Wi-Fi. As a business traveler, it was essential for me to have access to the internet for work purposes, and not having it was quite inconvenient.
